We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Once approved, we will refund the full order amount, excluding return shipping costs.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@mintandparsley.com.au, including your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition. All damage claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll always aim to reach a fair and satisfactory outcome.
Return & Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or phone to confirm receipt.
We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.
