International Shipping Policy

We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Once approved, we will refund the full order amount, excluding return shipping costs.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@mintandparsley.com.au, including your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition. All damage claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll always aim to reach a fair and satisfactory outcome.

 

Return & Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or phone to confirm receipt. 

We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.

Is it free shipping?

In short: Yes! 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 in value. That means if your basket hits that $100 mark, the shipping’s absolutely free!

How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically, we process orders within 2 to 3 business days after you’ve placed them. Once they’re on their way, you can expect delivery to take around 3 to 10 days. Of course, if you’re in a more remote area, it might take a little longer depending on local couriers. 

 

Just a heads-up that once it’s out of our hands, timing can vary a bit based on your location.

How will my order be shipped?

We use Amarex for shipping Australia-wide, so your order will be delivered reliably within the country. For international orders, we’ll send it out via DHL or FedEx. Plus, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.

What are your shipping costs?

f your order total is over $100, shipping is absolutely free. For orders under £100, we’ve made it simple with a flat rate of $30. That way, you know exactly what to expect.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
